Hassle‑free returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return:
- Contact our Help Center with your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare the item in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened medicines or personal‑care products.
- Arrange pickup or drop‑off: We can schedule a courier to collect the item from you, or you may return it to our Hurghada store.
- Refund processing: Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within seven working days.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund. Please note that certain products such as temperature‑sensitive medications may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
