Tymer 0.3% Eye Drops 5ml

Active Ingredients
Timolol maleate 0.3%

Indications
Used to lower elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Timolol is a non-selective beta-blocker that reduces aqueous humor production.

Dosage
Adults: 1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily, or as prescribed.
Remove contact lenses before instillation and wait 15 minutes before reinserting.
Allow at least 5–10 minutes between multiple eye medications.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to timolol or other beta-blockers.
Asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bradycardia, heart block, or heart failure.
Use cautiously in patients with diabetes or thyroid disorders.

Side Effects
Mild burning or stinging upon instillation
Temporary blurred vision
Rare systemic effects: slow heartbeat, low blood pressure, fatigue, shortness of breath

Drug Interactions
Caution with oral beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or antihypertensives.
Avoid use with MAO inhibitors.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and avoid touching the dropper tip.
