Active Ingredients
Carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.5%
(Viscous artificial tear lubricant)

Indications
Used for:

• Relief of moderate to severe dry eyes

• Prolonged lubrication and protection of the ocular surface

• Alleviating discomfort from burning, stinging, or irritation due to dry eye syndrome

Dosage
Adults and children: Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed, especially at bedtime for extended relief.
Remove contact lenses before use; wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting lenses.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.

Side Effects
Temporary blurred vision
Mild eye irritation or stinging
Rare: allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
Compatible with most other ophthalmic medications; separate administration by at least 5 minutes.

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from heat and light.
Keep the tube tightly closed and out of reach of children.
