Oxymet 0.05% Adult Nasal Drops 15ml

Active Ingredients
Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.05%

Indications
Used for nasal congestion caused by common cold, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and upper respiratory tract irritation.
Provides rapid and long-lasting decongestion by vasoconstriction of nasal mucosa.

Dosage
Adults: 2 to 3 drops in each nostril, up to 2 times daily.
Do not use for more than 5 to 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline.
Narrow-angle glaucoma.
Severe hypertension or heart disease.
Not recommended after recent nasal surgery.

Side Effects
Temporary burning or stinging
Nasal dryness
Sneezing
Rebound congestion with prolonged use
Rare systemic effects such as headache or palpitations

Drug Interactions
Use cautiously with MAO inhibitors or other sympathomimetic drugs.
Avoid combination with other topical nasal decongestants.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct light.
Keep bottle tightly closed and avoid contamination of the dropper.
