Active Ingredients
Fluticasone propionate 125 micrograms per actuation

Indications
Used for:

• Asthma maintenance therapy

• Long-term control of airway inflammation

• Prevention of asthma attacks
  (Not intended for relief of acute asthma symptoms)

Dosage
Adults:

• Typically 100–500 micrograms daily in divided doses, as prescribed.

Children (4 years and above):

• 100–200 micrograms twice daily, or as directed by a doctor.

Rinse mouth after each use to reduce the risk of oral thrush.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to fluticasone or any component of the inhaler
Acute asthma attacks requiring a fast-acting bronchodilator

Side Effects
Hoarseness
Oral thrush
Cough or throat irritation
Rare: systemic corticosteroid effects with prolonged high-dose use

Drug Interactions
Caution with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, ketoconazole).

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from heat and sunlight.
Do not pierce the inhaler canister or expose it to high temperatures.
Keep out of reach of children.
