Tomex Plus 50 Tablets

Dosage Form: Tablet

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg

• Guaifenesin 100 mg

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg

Indications / Uses:

• Helps relieve cough and clear mucus from the respiratory tract

• Provides symptomatic relief of cold and allergy-related symptoms

• Supports easier breathing by reducing throat irritation and congestion

Administration / Dose:

• Take 1 tablet 2–3 times daily, preferably with water, or as directed by your doctor

• Do not exceed the recommended dose

Contraindications:

• Allergy to any of the tablet components

• Not recommended in children under 6 years without medical advice

• Avoid in patients with severe liver or kidney disease

Precautions:

• Use cautiously if taking other cough or cold medications

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use

• Not a substitute for a balanced diet

Side Effects:
