Active Ingredients
Beclomethasone dipropionate 0.05%
Clotrimazole 1%

Indications
Used for the treatment of nasal inflammation with a risk or presence of fungal infection, including:

• Allergic rhinitis with secondary fungal colonization

• Chronic nasal inflammation resistant to standard therapy

Dosage
Adults and children over 6 years: 1–2 sprays in each nostril once or twice daily, or as directed by a doctor.
Shake well before use.
Blow the nose gently before application for best results.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to beclomethasone, clotrimazole, or any component of the formulation.
Untreated bacterial or viral nasal infections.

Side Effects
Mild nasal irritation or burning
Dryness of nasal passages
Sneezing immediately after use
Rare: nosebleeds, headache, local fungal infections, or allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
Caution with other corticosteroids or antifungal medications.
Monitor if used concurrently with systemic corticosteroids.
