Description:
Nexicure is an oral powdered formulation that reduces gastric acid production, helping manage acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.

Active Ingredient (per sachet):

• Esomeprazole 10 mg

Indications:

• Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Relief of heartburn and acid indigestion

• Prevention of gastric ulcers related to NSAID use

• Management of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (acid hypersecretion)

Dosage and Administration:

• Dissolve 1 sachet in water and take once daily, preferably before a meal

• Consume immediately after preparation

• Follow physician guidance for specific conditions

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole or any other proton pump inhibitor

Precautions:

• Use with caution in patients with severe liver impairment

• Long-term use may require monitoring of magnesium and vitamin B12 levels
