Nasacort Nasal Spray 120 Doses

Active Ingredients
Triamcinolone acetonide 55 µg per spray

Indications
Used for:

• Relief and prevention of symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including nasal congestion, sneezing, runny or itchy nose

• Management of seasonal and perennial allergies

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:

• 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, or as directed by a doctor.

• Once symptoms improve, the dose may be reduced to 1 spray per nostril daily for maintenance.

Children 6–11 years:

• 1 spray in each nostril once daily.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to triamcinolone or any component of the formulation
Untreated nasal infections or recent nasal surgery without medical advice

Side Effects
Mild nasal irritation or burning
Dryness of the nasal passages
Unpleasant taste or smell
Rare: nosebleeds, allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
Caution with other corticosteroids; monitor for additive systemic effects.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
