Medication Name: Mellitofix Trio 10/5/1000mg 30 Tablets

Active Ingredients:

• Empagliflozin 10 mg

• Linagliptin 5 mg

• Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg

Pharmacological Class:
Combination of SGLT2 inhibitor, DPP-4 inhibitor, and biguanide antidiabetic agent

Indication:
Used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults to improve glycemic control when diet, exercise, and monotherapy or dual therapy with these agents are insufficient.

Dosage:
One tablet once daily or as directed by the physician.
Dosage may vary based on renal function, previous therapy, and glycemic control.

Administration:

• Take orally with meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects from metformin.

• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.

Precautions:

• Assess renal function before initiation and periodically during therapy.

• Not recommended in patients with severe renal impairment or metabolic acidosis.

• Monitor for dehydration and maintain adequate hydration.
