Active Ingredients

• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 400 IU per drop

• Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) 10 µg per drop

Indications
Used for:

• Prevention and treatment of vitamin D and K2 deficiency

• Support of bone and teeth development in infants and children

• Maintenance of normal calcium metabolism and bone health

Dosage
Infants and children:

• 1 drop daily, or as directed by a doctor.
  Shake well before use. Administer directly into the mouth or mix with a small amount of milk/formula.

Contraindications
Hypercalcemia or hypervitaminosis D
Hypersensitivity to vitamin D3, K2, or any component of the formulation

Side Effects
Mild gastrointestinal upset
Hypercalcemia with overdose (nausea, vomiting, constipation, or fatigue)
Rare: allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
Caution with calcium supplements, thiazide diuretics, or other vitamin D preparations.
