Active Ingredients
Fluticasone propionate 50 micrograms per spray

Indications
Used for:

• Allergic rhinitis (seasonal or perennial)

• Nasal congestion

• Sneezing and runny nose

• Itchy or irritated nasal passages

• Prevention of allergy-related nasal symptoms

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:

• 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, or as directed by a doctor.
  Children 4–11 years:

• 1 spray in each nostril once daily, or as prescribed.
  Shake well before each use.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to fluticasone or any component of the spray.
Untreated nasal infections or recent nasal surgery unless advised by a doctor.

Side Effects
Nasal irritation or burning
Dryness of the nasal mucosa
Headache
Rare: nosebleeds or allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
Caution with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, ritonavir).
Use with other corticosteroids may increase systemic exposure.

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from heat and direct sunlight.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
