Dosage Form: Tablet

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Zinc 15 mg

• Vitamin C 90 mg

• Vitamin E 15 mg

• Vitamin B6 2 mg

• Vitamin A 800 µg

• Selenium 100 µg

Indications / Uses:

• Supports immune system and provides antioxidant protection

• May help with male and female fertility issues

• Supports nerve health and may help with diabetic neuropathy symptoms (numbness, tingling)

• Supports eye health, including dry eye symptoms and diabetic retinopathy

Administration / Dose:

• Take 1 tablet daily, preferably during or after a meal, or as directed by your doctor

Contraindications:

• Allergy to any of the ingredients (zinc, vitamins A/C/E/B6, selenium)

Precautions:

• Use with caution if taking other supplements containing zinc or selenium

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use

• Not a substitute for a balanced diet

Side Effects:

• Generally well tolerated
