Active Ingredients
Iron (Ferrous sulfate) 20mg/ml

Indications
Used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia in:

• Infants and children

• Adults with dietary insufficiency

• Patients with increased iron requirements

Dosage
Infants and children: Dose according to age and body weight; follow doctor’s prescription.
Adults: 10–20 drops 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.
Shake well before use and administer using an oral dropper.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to iron or any component of the formulation.
Hemochromatosis or other iron overload disorders.
Peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding unless monitored by a doctor.

Side Effects
Mild gastrointestinal upset (nausea, constipation, or diarrhea)
Darkening of stools (harmless)
Rare: allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
May interact with antacids, tetracyclines, or certain antibiotics; separate administration by at least 2 hours.
Avoid concurrent use with other iron supplements unless prescribed.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat and light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
