Alzmenda 10mg/gm Oral Drops 20ml

Generic Name: Memantine Hydrochloride 10 mg/ml oral solution

Formulation: Oral drops, 20 ml bottle, 10 mg/ml

Indications:

• Treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease.

• Helps improve cognitive function, memory, and daily living activities.

Dosage & Administration:

• The usual starting dose is 5 mg once daily, gradually increased to the recommended dose as prescribed by a doctor.

• Can be taken directly or mixed with water, juice, or other non-alcoholic liquids.

• Shake well before use.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to memantine or any component of the formulation.

• Use with caution in patients with severe kidney or liver impairment.

Precautions:

• Monitor for dizziness, confusion, or changes in behavior.

• Dose adjustments may be needed in renal impairment.

Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, constipation
