Medication Name: Broncho Vaxom 10 Sachets

Pharmacological Class:
Immunostimulant / Bacterial lysate preparation

Active Ingredients (per sachet):

• Lyophilized bacterial lysate (mixture of 8 bacterial strains, total 3.5 mg)

Indications:

• Prevention and support in recurrent respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, sinusitis, otitis)

• Enhances immune response in patients with frequent respiratory infections

• May reduce the frequency and severity of infections

Mechanism of Action:

• Oral bacterial lysates stimulate the immune system by promoting the activation of macrophages, T-lymphocytes, and the production of antibodies

• Enhances the body’s natural defense against respiratory pathogens

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults: 1 sachet daily, dissolved in a small amount of water or taken directly

• Children: 1 sachet daily (usually under the guidance of a pediatrician)

• Typical course: 10 consecutive days per month, repeated for 3 months as prescribed

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation

• Acute severe infections (should be deferred until acute phase resolves)

Precautions:

• Use with caution in patients with autoimmune diseases

• Not a substitute for antibiotics in acute infections
