Active Ingredients (per sachet):

• Plantago ovata (Ispaghula husk)

• Senna pods extract (Cassia angustifolia)

Indications:

• Relief of occasional or chronic constipation

• Regulation of bowel movements in cases of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

• Suitable for maintaining regular intestinal function

Mechanism of Action:

• Ispaghula husk acts as a bulk-forming fiber that absorbs water, softening stool and promoting peristalsis

• Senna pods contain sennosides, which stimulate intestinal muscle contraction to facilitate bowel evacuation

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults: 1 sachet once or twice daily as needed

• Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (approx. 150 ml), stir well, and drink immediately

• It is important to drink an additional glass of water afterward

• Best taken in the evening for results by morning

Contraindications:

• Intestinal obstruction or stenosis

• Acute abdominal pain of unknown origin

• Inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g., Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis)

• Severe dehydration

Precautions:

• Prolonged use without medical supervision may cause dependence or electrolyte imbalance

• Ensure adequate fluid intake during use

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed by a physician
