Active Ingredient:
Moxifloxacin 400 mg

Therapeutic Class:
Fluoroquinolone antibiotic

Indications:

• Bacterial infections of the respiratory tract (e.g., pneumonia, bronchitis)

• Acute bacterial sinusitis

• Skin and soft tissue infections

• Complicated intra-abdominal infections

Dosage:
Adults: 400 mg once daily, with or without food, for 5–10 days depending on infection type and severity.
Use only under medical supervision.

Precautions:

• Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to quinolones.

• Avoid in pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children under 18 years.

• Use cautiously in patients with heart rhythm disorders or those taking drugs that prolong QT interval.

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight during treatment.

Possible Side Effects:

• Nausea, diarrhea

• Dizziness or headache

• Insomnia

• QT prolongation or palpitations

• Tendon pain or inflammation

Therapeutic Class:
Broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic (β-lactamase inhibitor combination)

Indications:

• Upper and lower respiratory tract infections

• Otitis media and sinusitis

• Urinary tract infections

• Skin and soft tissue infections

Dosage:
As directed by physician depending on infection type and patient weight.
Administer orally after reconstitution with water. Shake well before each use.
Best taken at the start of a meal to minimize gastric irritation.

Precautions:

• Contraindicated in patients with penicillin or cephalosporin allergy.

• Use cautiously in patients with liver dysfunction.

• Complete the full prescribed course to avoid resistance.

Possible Side Effects:

• Diarrhea or abdominal discomfort

• Nausea or vomiting

• Mild skin rash or allergic reaction

• Elevated liver enzymes in prolonged use
