Active Ingredients:
Pioglitazone 30 mg
Glimepiride 4 mg

Pharmacological Class:
Antidiabetic combination (Thiazolidinedione + Sulfonylurea)

Indication:
Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control when diet, exercise, and monotherapy are insufficient.

Dosage:
Usually one tablet taken once daily, or as directed by the physician depending on blood glucose levels and patient response.

Administration:
Take orally before or with the first main meal of the day.

Precautions:

• Contraindicated in patients with heart failure, severe liver impairment, or active bladder cancer.

• Regular monitoring of blood sugar, liver enzymes, and weight is recommended.

• Caution in patients at risk of fluid retention or edema.

Possible Side Effects:
