Active Ingredients
Travoprost 0.004%

Indications
Used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Travoprost is a prostaglandin analogue that increases uveoscleral outflow to lower eye pressure.

Dosage
Adults: 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.
Do not use more than once daily, as this may reduce effectiveness.
Remove contact lenses before use and wait 15 minutes before reinserting.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to travoprost or any component of the formulation.
Caution in patients with ocular inflammation or history of herpetic keratitis.

Side Effects
Mild burning or stinging upon instillation
Gradual darkening of the iris (especially in mixed-color eyes)
Eyelash growth or thickening
Darkening of eyelid skin
Temporary blurred vision
Rare allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
Avoid concurrent use with other prostaglandin analogs.
Use cautiously with ocular medications that may alter intraocular pressure.

Storage
Store at room temperature before opening.
After opening, keep in a cool place and use within the recommended duration.
Protect from light and keep the bottle tightly closed.
