Active Ingredients
Budesonide 320µg
Formoterol fumarate dihydrate 9µg

Indications
Used for the treatment and management of:

• Moderate to severe asthma requiring high-dose inhaled corticosteroid therapy

• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with reversible bronchoconstriction

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:

• 1 inhalation twice daily, morning and evening, or as directed by a doctor.

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

• Rinse mouth after inhalation to reduce the risk of oral thrush.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to budesonide, formoterol, or any component of the formulation.
Acute asthma attacks requiring immediate relief.

Side Effects
Thrush (oral candidiasis)
Hoarseness or throat irritation
Tremor, palpitations
Rare: allergic reaction, increased heart rate, or systemic corticosteroid effects

Drug Interactions
Use caution with other sympathomimetic agents, beta-blockers, or systemic corticosteroids.
Monitor patients on drugs that affect liver enzymes (CYP3A4 inhibitors).

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Keep the inhaler tightly closed when not in use and out of reach of children.
