Megafen Tablets

Active Ingredient:
Ibuprofen 400 mg
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg

Drug Class:
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and analgesic combination

Indications:
• Mild to moderate pain
• Headache
• Dental pain
• Musculoskeletal pain
• Dysmenorrhea
• Fever

Dosage:
The usual adult dose is 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.

Contraindications:
• Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs
• History of asthma or allergic reactions to NSAIDs
• Active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
• Severe hepatic or renal impairment
• Severe heart failure
• Third trimester of pregnancy

Precautions:
• Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing products
• May increase risk of gastrointestinal bleeding
• Use cautiously in patients with liver, kidney, or cardiovascular disease
• Not recommended for prolonged use without medical supervision

Common Side Effects:
• Nausea
• Dyspepsia
• Abdominal pain
• Headache
• Dizziness

Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
