Manovipercaine Plus Topical Spray 15ml

Active Ingredients

• Lidocaine hydrochloride 2% w/v

• Prilocaine hydrochloride 2% w/v

Indications
Used for:

• Topical local anesthesia of skin and mucous membranes

• Pain relief prior to minor procedures, injections, or venipuncture

• Reduction of discomfort in superficial wounds or burns

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1–2 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.

• Leave for 5–10 minutes before the procedure, then wipe off excess if necessary.

Children under 12 years:

• Use only under medical supervision; dose and application area should be minimized

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, prilocaine, or other amide local anesthetics
Severe heart block or methemoglobinemia

Side Effects
Mild burning, redness, or irritation at the application site
Rare: allergic reaction, skin rash, or swelling
High doses may cause systemic toxicity (dizziness, tingling, or cardiac effects)

Drug Interactions
Caution with other local anesthetics or medications affecting heart rhythm
Avoid excessive systemic absorption

Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep the spray tightly closed and out of reach of children
