Active Ingredients
Lidocaine hydrochloride 10% w/v

Indications
Used for:

• Topical local anesthesia of skin and mucous membranes

• Pain relief prior to minor procedures, injections, or catheter insertions

• Relief of discomfort in superficial wounds, burns, or sore throat

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:

• Spray directly onto the affected area as needed, typically 1–2 sprays per application, or as directed by a doctor

• Do not exceed the recommended dose to avoid systemic toxicity

Children under 12 years:

• Use only under medical supervision; dose and application area should be minimized

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or other amide local anesthetics
Severe heart block or known methemoglobinemia

Side Effects
Mild burning, redness, or irritation at the application site
Dizziness or lightheadedness if absorbed systemically
Rare: allergic reaction, swelling, or systemic toxicity

Drug Interactions
Caution with other local anesthetics or medications affecting heart rhythm
Avoid excessive systemic absorption
