Libradiclan 140 mg Plaster Sheet

Active Ingredient:
Diclofenac diethylamine 140 mg per plaster

Drug Class:
Topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)

Indications:
• Localized musculoskeletal pain
• Sprains, strains, and contusions
• Joint pain due to osteoarthritis
• Back pain

Dosage:
Apply one plaster to the affected area once daily as prescribed.
Each plaster should be applied to clean, dry skin and left in place for the recommended duration (usually 12–24 hours).
Do not apply to broken, damaged, or infected skin.

Contraindications:
• Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other NSAIDs
• Skin infections or open wounds at the application site
• History of asthma or allergic reactions to NSAIDs
• Pregnancy (especially third trimester) and breastfeeding

Precautions:
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
• Discontinue use if skin irritation or rash develops
• Use cautiously in patients with known NSAID sensitivity

Common Side Effects:
• Local skin irritation
• Redness
• Itching or burning at the application site
• Rare allergic skin reactions

Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
