Indication:
Used in adults, adolescents, and children with type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control. Provides a steady basal insulin level for 24 hours.
Dosage:
The dose is individualized based on blood glucose monitoring, dietary intake, and physical activity.
Typically injected once daily at the same time each day. Dose adjustments may be needed when switching from other insulins.
Administration:
