Dosage Form: Soft‑gel capsule

Active Ingredients (per capsule):

• Myo‑inositol 1100 mg (in 2 capsules daily)

• Folic acid 200 µg

Indications / Uses:

• Supports hormonal and metabolic balance in women, especially with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or insulin-resistance issues.

• Supports fertility and ovulation.

• Provides folic acid for early fetal development support.

Administration / Dose:

• Take 1 capsule twice daily (morning and evening), or as directed by your doctor.

• Preferably on an empty stomach or as advised by your physician.

Contraindications:

• Allergy to myo‑inositol or folic acid.

• Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Precautions:

• Women planning pregnancy or pregnant should use under medical supervision.

• Monitor other folate or inositol supplementation to avoid excess.

• Folate can mask vitamin B12 deficiency → check B12 levels if needed.

Side Effects:

• Generally well tolerated.

• Possible mild gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, gas, bloating).

• Rare allergic reactions.
