Dosage Form: Soft‑gel capsule

Active Ingredients (per capsule):

• Myo‑inositol 550 mg

• D‑chiro‑inositol 13.8 mg

• Alpha‑lactalbumin 14.1 mg

• Folic acid 200 µg

Indications / Uses:

• Supports hormonal and metabolic balance in women, especially with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or insulin-resistance issues.

• Supports fertility and ovulation.

• Provides folic acid for early fetal development support.

Administration / Dose:

• Take 1 capsule twice daily, about 12 hours apart, or as directed by your doctor.

• Preferably on an empty stomach or away from heavy meals, depending on physician’s advice.

Contraindications:

• Allergy to any of the ingredients (myo‑inositol, d‑chiro‑inositol, alpha‑lactalbumin, folic acid).

• Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Precautions:

• Contains milk protein → caution if allergic.

• Women planning pregnancy or pregnant should use under medical supervision.

• Monitor other folate or inositol supplementation to avoid duplication.

• Folate can mask vitamin B12 deficiency → check B12 levels if needed.

Side Effects:

• Generally well tolerated.

• Possible mild gastrointestinal discomfort (gas, bloating).

• Rare allergic reactions if sensitive to milk proteins or other components.
