Active Ingredients:
Pharmacological Class:
Combination of sulfonylurea (glibenclamide) and biguanide (metformin) antidiabetic agents
Indication:
Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control when treatment with both glibenclamide and metformin is appropriate, as an adjunct to diet and exercise.
Dosage:
One tablet once or twice daily, as prescribed by the physician.
Dose adjustments may be needed based on blood glucose levels, renal function, and therapeutic response.
Administration:

Take orally with meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects from metformin.
