Deltarhino Nasal Spray 15ml

Active Ingredients
Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1%

Indications
Used for temporary relief of nasal congestion due to:

• Common cold

• Allergic rhinitis

• Sinusitis

Dosage
Adults and children over 6 years: 1–2 sprays in each nostril every 8–10 hours as needed.
Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.
Children under 6 years: Use only under medical supervision.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to xylometazoline or any component.
Avoid use in patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, or hyperthyroidism unless prescribed.
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days to prevent rebound congestion.

Side Effects
Temporary burning or stinging in the nose
Sneezing
Dryness of nasal mucosa
Rare: headache, increased blood pressure, palpitations

Drug Interactions
Caution if used with other sympathomimetic drugs.
May interact with certain antihypertensive medications.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat and light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
