Dosage Form: Capsule

Active Ingredients (per capsule):

• Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 100 mg

• Folic Acid 400 µg

• Vitamin B12 2.6 µg

• Vitamin C 85 mg

Indications / Uses:

• Supports red blood cell formation and helps prevent anemia

• Supports maternal health during preconception and pregnancy

• Aids in maintaining healthy energy levels

• Supports overall wellness and immune function

Administration / Dose:

• Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your doctor
