Amigraine 30 Tablets

Active Ingredients:

• Ergotamine tartrate 1 mg

• Caffeine 100 mg

Therapeutic Class:
Anti-migraine medication (vasoconstrictor).

Description:
Amigraine tablets are used to relieve acute migraine attacks by narrowing blood vessels around the brain and reducing headache intensity. Caffeine enhances the effect of ergotamine for faster relief.

Uses:

• Treatment of acute migraine attacks

• Relief from severe headache, nausea, and light sensitivity associated with migraines

Dosage:

• Take 1 tablet at the first sign of a migraine attack.

• If needed, another tablet may be taken after at least 30 minutes, but do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.

• Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.

Warnings:

• Not for preventive (daily) use.

• Avoid if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or circulation problems.

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Avoid combining with other migraine or vasoconstrictive drugs.

Common Side Effects:

• Nausea or vomiting

• Dizziness

• Tingling in fingers or toes

• Temporary increase in blood pressure
