Do you require a prescription?
Prescription medications on our site will only be dispensed upon receipt of a valid prescription. You can upload the prescription during checkout or present it to our delivery personnel.
What are your delivery areas and charges?
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Orders above EGP 500 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this threshold, a flat delivery fee applies depending on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery within Hurghada generally takes 1–2 working days. Deliveries to Cairo, Alexandria and other cities may take 2–4 working days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, mobile wallets and bank transfers. Payment details are outlined on the Payments page.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Please read our Returns and Exchange pages for more details.
