Easy exchanges for your convenience
We understand that sometimes the product you ordered may not be exactly what you need. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Confirm stock availability of the desired replacement. Our support team will assist you in selecting the correct product.
- Return the original item in its unused condition. We will dispatch the replacement once we receive and verify the returned item.
Exchanges are subject to the price difference between products. If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the excess to your original payment method. We do not charge additional shipping fees for the first exchange.
