Texacort 0.1% Cream 20 gm

Active Ingredient

• Betamethasone 0.1%

Indications

• Inflammatory skin conditions responsive to corticosteroids, including:

  • Eczema

  • Dermatitis

  • Psoriasis

  • Allergic skin reactions

How to Use

• Clean and dry the affected area before application

• Apply a thin layer 1–2 times daily

• Rub gently until fully absorbed

• Use for the duration recommended by a physician

Common Side Effects

• Mild burning, itching, or redness at application site

• Skin thinning with prolonged use

• Stretch marks, discoloration, or acne-like eruptions

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to betamethasone or any component of the cream

• Infections of the skin (bacterial, viral, or fungal) unless treated

Important Notes

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

• Do not use on broken or ulcerated skin

• Use the minimal effective amount to reduce risk of side effects
