Medication Name: Proximol 60 gm Effervescent Granules

Pharmacological Class:
Analgesic and anti-inflammatory supplement

Active Ingredients (per 1 sachet, approximate):

• Paracetamol 500 mg

• Vitamin C 100 mg

• Magnesium 50 mg

Indications:

• Relief of mild to moderate pain (headache, muscle pain, joint pain)

• Reduces fever

• Supports general recovery and immune function

Mechanism of Action:

• Paracetamol: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS, reducing pain and fever

• Vitamin C: Supports immune function and antioxidant protection

• Magnesium: Supports muscle function and reduces fatigue

Dosage and Administration:

• Dissolve 1 sachet in a glass of water (200–250 ml) and drink

• Adults: 1–2 sachets every 6–8 hours, not exceeding 8 sachets in 24 hours

• Children: Dose as prescribed by a pediatrician

• Avoid use with other paracetamol-containing products

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any component

• Severe liver disease

Precautions:

• Use caution in patients with liver or kidney impairment

• Avoid alcohol during treatment
