Avazir 0.3% Eye Ointment 5 gm

Active Ingredient:

• Tobramycin 0.3%

Indications:

• Treatment of external bacterial infections of the eye caused by susceptible organisms

How to Use:

• Apply a small strip of ointment inside the lower eyelid or along the eyelid margin as prescribed

• Usually used 2–3 times per day or as directed by a doctor

Common Side Effects:

• Mild irritation or burning after application

• Temporary blurred vision

Precautions:

• For ophthalmic use only

• Do not touch the tube tip to the eye or any surface

• Use under medical supervision

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place

• Keep out of reach of children
