Optidex-T Eye Drops 5ml<\/strong><\/p>\n

Generic Name:<\/strong> Tobramycin 0.3% \/ Dexamethasone 0.1% ophthalmic suspension<\/p>\n

Formulation:<\/strong> Eye drops, 5 ml bottle<\/p>\n

Indications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    Treatment of bacterial eye infections with associated inflammation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Combines antibacterial (tobramycin) and anti-inflammatory (dexamethasone) effects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Effective for conjunctivitis, keratitis, and other ocular inflammatory conditions caused by susceptible bacteria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Dosage & Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Usually 1\u20132 drops in the affected eye(s) every 4\u20136 hours, or as prescribed by a doctor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Wash hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Remove contact lenses before application; wait at least 15 minutes before reinsertion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Shake well before use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Contraindications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Hypersensitivity to tobramycin, dexamethasone, or any component of the formulation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Viral or fungal eye infections (unless directed by a doctor).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Use with caution in patients with glaucoma or a history of steroid-induced ocular hypertension.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Long-term use may increase risk of eye pressure rise or cataract formation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Temporary blurred vision may occur after instillation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
