        Dapoxetine inhibits the reuptake of serotonin<\/strong> in the presynaptic neuron, increasing serotonin levels in the synaptic cleft. This enhances neurotransmission<\/strong> in pathways that delay ejaculation, improving control and extending the time before ejaculation during sexual activity.<\/p>\n
