    Bisoprolol fumarate 5 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Amlodipine besylate equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Combination of a beta-blocker (Bisoprolol) and a calcium channel blocker (Amlodipine) \u2014 Antihypertensive<\/p>\n

    Film-coated tablets \u2014 30 tablets per pack<\/p>\n

    Indications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Treatment of essential hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      May also help reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications in patients with both hypertension and angina<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Mechanism of Action:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Bisoprolol:<\/strong> Selective \u03b21-adrenergic receptor blocker that reduces heart rate, cardiac output, and renin release.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Amlodipine:<\/strong> Inhibits calcium influx in vascular smooth muscle, causing vasodilation and lowering peripheral vascular resistance.
        The combined effect leads to effective blood pressure reduction and improved cardiac workload balance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Dosage:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Usual adult dose: One tablet once daily<\/strong>, preferably at the same time each day<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
