when ramipril or hydrochlorothiazide alone is not sufficient.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"397\"><strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"395\">Dosage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"593\">\n<li data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"473\">\n<p data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"473\"><strong data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"421\">Usual adult dose:<\/strong> One angioedema related to ACE inhibitors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1124\">\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1124\">Severe renal impairment or hepatic encephalopathy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1181\">\n<p data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1181\">Pregnancy (especially second and third trimesters)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li
