    Glibenclamide (Glyburide) 2.5 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pharmacological Class:<\/strong>
    Combination of sulfonylurea (glibenclamide) and biguanide (metformin) antidiabetic agents<\/p>\n

    Indication:<\/strong>
    Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control when treatment with both glibenclamide and metformin is appropriate, as an adjunct to diet and exercise.<\/p>\n

    Dosage:<\/strong>
    One tablet once or twice daily, as prescribed by the physician.
    Dose adjustments may be needed based on blood glucose levels, renal function, and therapeutic response.<\/p>\n
