    Mechanism of Action:<\/strong>
    Clindamycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, preventing peptide chain elongation and inhibiting bacterial growth.<\/p>\n

      Adults: 150\u2013300 mg every 6 hours<\/strong>, or 300\u2013450 mg every 6 hours<\/strong> for more severe infections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Capsules should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water to prevent esophageal irritation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Duration depends on infection type and response to therapy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
