Dormival Capsules

Active Ingredient:
Valerian root extract 300 mg (typical dose per capsule, may vary by manufacturer)

Drug Class:
Herbal sedative and sleep aid

Indications:
• Mild insomnia
• Sleep disturbances
• Nervous tension or anxiety-related restlessness

Dosage:
The usual adult dose is 1 capsule taken 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
