Active Ingredient:
Melatonin 3 mg

Drug Class:
Sleep regulator (Hormone supplement)

Indications:
• Insomnia
• Sleep disturbances
• Jet lag
• Circadian rhythm disorders

Dosage:
The usual dose is 1 tablet (3 mg) taken 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
Dose may be adjusted according to medical advice.

Contraindications:
• Hypersensitivity to melatonin or any component of the product
• Autoimmune disorders (use with caution)
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised by a physician

Precautions:
• May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery after use
• Use cautiously in patients with depression or seizure disorders
• Avoid alcohol during treatment
