Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Bisoprolol fumarate 10 mg

• Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg

Pharmacological Class:

Indications:

• Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure) when monotherapy is insufficient.

• May also be used in certain cardiac patients requiring both heart rate control and mild diuretic action.

Mechanism of Action:

• Bisoprolol: Selective β₁-adrenergic receptor blocker that decreases heart rate, cardiac output, and renin release, thereby lowering blood pressure.
