Active Ingredients:
Pioglitazone 30 mg
Glimepiride 2 mg

Pharmacological Class:
Antidiabetic combination (Thiazolidinedione + Sulfonylurea)

Indication:
Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood glucose control when diet, exercise, or single-agent therapy are not sufficient.

Dosage:
Typically one tablet taken once daily, or as prescribed by the physician according to blood glucose levels and response to treatment.

Administration:
Take orally before or with the first main meal of the day.

Precautions:

• Not recommended for patients with heart failure, active bladder cancer, or severe hepatic impairment.

• Regular monitoring of liver function, weight, and blood sugar is advised.

• Caution in patients prone to edema or fluid retention.

Possible Side Effects:
