Gliclazide 30 mg (Modified Release)

Pharmacological Class:
Sulfonylurea antidiabetic agent

Indication:
Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood glucose control when diet, exercise, and other antidiabetic treatments are insufficient.

Dosage:

• Typically taken once daily with breakfast.

• Dose may be adjusted according to blood glucose response.

• Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.

Administration:

• Take orally with food to minimize gastrointestinal upset.

• Swallow tablets whole; do not crush or chew.

Precautions:
