    Combination of a beta-blocker (Nebivolol) and a thiazide diuretic (Hydrochlorothiazide) \u2014 Antihypertensive<\/p>\n

    Film-coated tablets \u2014 14 tablets per pack<\/p>\n

    Indications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Treatment of essential hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Particularly useful when a combination of a beta-blocker and a diuretic is required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Mechanism of Action:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Nebivolol:<\/strong> Selective \u03b21-adrenergic receptor blocker with vasodilating properties through nitric oxide release, reducing heart rate and peripheral resistance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Hydrochlorothiazide:<\/strong> Increases urinary sodium and water excretion, reducing plasma volume and blood pressure.
        The combined effect provides enhanced antihypertensive efficacy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Dosage:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Usual adult dose: One tablet once daily<\/strong>, at the same time each day<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
