beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers) are not sufficient or not tolerated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"446\"><strong data-start=\"433\" effect:<\/strong> dilates coronary arteries and veins, improving oxygen delivery to heart tissue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"965\">\n<p data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"965\"><strong data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"902\">Potassium channel\u2013opening effect:<\/strong> relaxes vascular smooth muscle and reduces cardiac workload.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
